  Love the Kennel, dislikes the Deposit Policy

  “The kennel is awesome, the staff are sweethearts. I do not care for the deposit policy though. We have to give a 21 day notice to them to not lose our deposit but then we never see the deposit back unless our animals pass away. I feel that if we should have to give them enough notice to find someone to take our place, then we should get our money back and not have it placed into an account there. What if I move or if I die? How would my family know to go get the deposit? See my point. Like I said, I love the kennel, best around, just think the deposit policy is bull. We had to cancel vacation due to possible loss of a job and I feel it is our money and we should get it back. We should have a choice of where the money goes. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response to get my deposit back and I keep getting the run around. It just doesn't seem fair.”

  “This facility has the best care of any facility I have ever boarded my pets at. They come back smelling clean and they are certainly happy. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this boarding facitily to anyone.”
