  “I have been taking my Jack Russell to petsmart grooming for almost 3 years to have her nails ground down. The last few times they were not getting them as short as they had been. I requested they get them as shot as possible. Today when I took her in they charged me 20.00 instead of the normal 12.00. They said that because the nails were so long that they would have to cut and grind them. I told them that I bring her every month and haven't had a problem before.If they had cut them as i asked they wouldn't have been that long this month.It's a shame because up until a few moths ago I really like taking my dog there. I will not be ripped off though because they won't do their jobs. Time for me to find another groomer.”

  “I have taken my doggy about 8 times to PetSmart and I love that they are so accessible and my dog doesn't have to be dropped off in the morning and doesn't have to stay there so long...hence not be in a cage much at all.
  Kristen J. was so wonderful and I'll be requesting her again!
  I recommend PetSmart to every dog-loving-groom-needing-person out there!”

  “Every time we take our dogs there to be groomed they come back somewhat traumatized. This time our one dog is completely despondent and the other one is limping. Obviously we won't be taking them back.”
