  “This was the first experience Ive had with a dog that needs to be professionally groomed, and the first experience Ive had having it done. I was told by friends to go to Nature Pets Spa, and I had no idea what to expect. I showed them a pic of what cut I wanted done for my Terrier, and when I picked him up a few hours later, the results were fantastic! I was so surprised that they were able to nail EXACTLY what I wanted! I wouldn't ever imagine taking my business elsewhere, they price was surprisingly low and the staff did a wonderful job. Thank you for not handing me back my dog with a goofy haircut I would be forced to walk in agony! Honestly, these guys are the best!”

  “I specifically asked to not shave and only trim a 1/8 of hair..Leave the hair framing the the legs alone...What did they do to my little puppy....Well he came in looking adorable and cute and came out a clone like all the other dogs... They did not listen to my instructions at all.. They robotically cut all his hair very very short, ruined the natural line on the hair on his legs, shaved his belly, took off practically all of his hair on his face. When I saw him it was not my adorable puppy....This place is just machine where all the dogs get a puppy cut without any real expertise or skill to give the client what they ask for.”
