  “Kitties LOVE Haylee too!
  It is very hard to find a mobile groomer for cats. Not to mention, a groomer that your cat likes!
  My little angel was not in good shape when she first met Haylee. She is a long hair & was overdue for a shower and shave. Due to my crazy hectic schedule & other life issues, I had a hard time getting her to the salon. Not to mention, once I did get her there, shed come home shaking & shedding from dealing with other pets in the shop.
  Then I found Haylee! a/k/a Le Paw. She is not only patient with me (Im a nervous mommy) she is patient with my little angel. After a thorough buff, puff & sparkle mommy was nervous no more! Never has Spooky come home as calm, clean & happy as she did that day! She is now seeing Haylee on a regular basis.
  If you are looking for a cheap discount groomer Le Paw Pet Salon is not for you or your pet. Not trying to be harsh but in my humble opinion, Haylee is the best groomer in Broward county. The old saying is true; you get what you pay for. Though with Le Paw, I believe we get more than we pay for. She is always booked a couple weeks in advance so I must not be the only one with this opinionJ
  I also take a lot of comfort in Haylees knowledge of cats & dogs in general. Shes very good with communicating your pets current & future needs, answering questions & sharng knowledge.
  My little angel deserves & gets nothing but the best! Therefore she sees Haylee.

  “andy and jarred used my services 3 times since last year october. i provide a range of service time, like a comcast or other home service company would do. i would provide them with an appointment time of say 12-1 or could be 11-1 depending on the schedule for the day and they would think it was for 12. i would text back to reiterate that the appointment was for 12-1 arrival time anywhere in between there. and in the end i arrived home (because they are my neighbors) at a few minutes to 1pm and they texted back at 1:38pm that they were finally home. i have all records of emails and texts to show that 2 out of 3 times i was on time and they were late or not home when i was finished with their pet and i had to wait. so the last appointment they had with me and my generator was running and a groomer waiting in the truck for them and no response from them after texting multiple times, i cancelled the appointment and had her start grooming another neighbor's dog. this is the real story. i don't overbook and i value each and every customer and their wonderful pets. i feel i am blessed with wonderful people and their pets in my life and i have no problem with andy and jarred finding some one else that they are happier with. they have a darling dog too! thanks. haylee, owner/operator”

  “I am sorry to hear that Andy and Jarred did not agree with my scheduling policy. I schedule my appointments just like, let's say Comcast does with a window range for my arrival time. I scheduled all 3 of their appointments over a 6 month span for them arriving anywhere between 11-1pm (just an example time) and even though I clarified this through text messaging and emails, they did not understand that their appointment was NOT for 11am exactly. i book my steady, wonderful clients to about 5-6 pets per day which is certainly not considered in my industry to overbook. I also take my time and if a pet needs longer then i will definitely take my time and make my next client aware. This is not golf and you do not get an exact tee time. I am happy to hear that they have found a nicer groomer and i wish all the best to my neighbors andy and jarred with their adorable dog. Thank you, Haylee”

  “We've used this groomer for 6 months and EVERY time, Haylee has been late in one way or another. Sometimes pushing our appointment back for hours. She is seemingly overbooked and in turn has developed a feeling that her clients are dispensable. Her attitude has also been a bit difficult to deal with. We finally had enough and have since moved to a new & much nicer groomer. If I could put ZERO stars on this review, I would.”

  “Haylee is a wonderful groomer and my dogs love her. She arrives on time, grooms beautiful and even gives me the haircut exactly as i want it on my maltese. The best service and haircut that anyone has ever done. Vehicle is clean and even smells great. All natural products too!”

  “It should be a five star review. i've used most of the mobiles out there and none were to my complete satisfaction like Le Paw Spa Mobile. The best haircut ever my Morkie has received. Haylee is knowledgeable and is on time and keeps promised schedule. Everything is automated, text message reminder of appointment, pet groom report via email before she leaves my drive-way. Awesome!”
