  “These guys are great and least expensive in Weston. Sometimes they run late but it's because they have a LOT of customers, because they are good at what they do. Our little dog, Nikki, is not very dog-friendly but she has come around since being groomed here. The owner works very hard - I don't know how he keeps up!

  “I used to go to K9 Kuts, then I tried the Groom Room. There is no comparison. My Maltese never looked that good and the new owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about the dogs and their people.”

  “I had heard the Groom Room was under new ownership, so I took my dogs there last week after a poor experience a couple of years ago. Wow! The new owners are very friendly and my dogs looked better than ever! The Groom Room is definitely recommended!”

  “I will never take my dogs there again. This place was wonderful before the former owner, Danny, sold the place. Before transfer of ownership, it was a wonderful place. The former review is right. My dogs looked awful. It's a crap shoot when you take your dogs. And while they advertise a certain price, when you leave it up to the hourly charges, they will rip you off. The customer service is sarcastic and rude. The new owners are very low class for a place that is not cheap costs a different class of customers.”

  “I will never take my dog here again! I took my toy poodle for grooming and she came back looking like they didn't bath her at all and they did a terrible, terrible job on her hair. I called the next day to express my concern to the Manager and he did not want to hear anything and hung up on me.
  Very poor customer service also.”
