  “We have taken our dog to this petsmart to be groomed numerous times. We were always happy with their services. However, the LAST time we took him there we had MANY problems:
  - We had a 12:30 appointment, they said he wouldn't be done for 3 HOURS, and never called us when the dog was finished. We would not have known he was done if we did not call them.
  - We witnessed groomers yelling at other dogs.
  - We paid $35 for the worst hair cut our dog has ever gotten. They shaved uneven patches all over his tail, and did not even touch the hair on his face.
  We will never bring our dog back there, nor would we recommend anyone else bring their dog there.”
