We are an all breed dog & cat professional grooming shop and pet spa. We use all natural products that are soap and detergent free. This means that any spot on flea and/or tick treatment will not be effected by our products.
We are proud to be an environmentally conscious company. Our shampoo bottles are recycled and made from recyclable materials. We also buy only US made products to use in our business. We offer a full line of spa add on services to our customers.

Oatmeal, medicated and flea shampoos and treatments are available upon request for a little extra. We also offer hot oil treatments, moisturizing treatments, flea dip, teeth brushing and anal gland expression for additional fees. All dogs and cats are in their own private crate (bigger than they are for added comfort and with blankets in the bottom so they can take a nap if they wish). Our dryers do not have any heating element in them for added safety and peace of mind. Our grooming shop and each individual crate are treated for fleas on a daily basis to insure that we don't have any fleas in our business. Tools and areas are sanitized in-between dogs.

Upon your first visit a copy of your dog/cat's shot records need to be shown to us (rabies is needed as well). We don't need to keep it just need to make sure the dog/cat is up to date before we groom him/her. For more about us or to make an appointment just give us a call.

We are members of the National Dog Groomers Association of America and, 2 Different cat grooming associations, the Association of Pet Dog Trainers as well as our local obedience training club KOTC. All groomers are certified in pet first aid and CPR (just in case we ever need it) and we are also all certified in Canine message as well.

A Bow and bandana is put on each dog without any extra charge. Painted nails are offered upon request and are included in our service as well. All grooming services automatically include a bath, the requested clip, nail trim, complete brush out and ears (Hair pulled out and/ or cleaned depending on the breed). Nails can also be filed down for a little bit extra if you wish.

We are open Wed, Frid and Sat and occasionally on Thur as well. Holiday hours vary.

  “I can't believe I let my dogs go there. One of them, obviously smelled something off kilter from the beginning, and didn't want to go in the door. Turns out, she was razor burned, and probably mistreated while there. She acted mad for days after she got home. I took her to a different groomer today, and guess what, perfect attitude coming home, my dog back immediately, and she's not mad at me. Something is very wrong with this place. I had to rate one star, but I would not give this place anything but a negative”

  “This place is not in the slums, its actually kinda in a residental area with other business's on the street. I was told this was the longest standing grooming salon in Charleston. The girls are complete sweethearts and know their business. I have never had ANY problems with fleas on my dogs and I have been a client with them for over 15 yrs!”

  “We took our dog to Almost Heaven on the West Side of Charleston. The cut was good but it was flea city there. The place is in the slums and I worried about my car being parked out there. Won't go back again.”
