  “Horrible customer service. I was charged $20 extra for being late even though I picked my dog up BEFORE they closed. When I dropped my dog off to be groomed, I asked them about what time she will be done. They told me in a couple of hours, so I had some errands to run, thinking I had enough time to go across town to get stuff done. I get a call about an hour later saying that they will be done with her in 10 minutes and told me that they want to close early because she is their last appointment of the day. I told them that I was on the other side of town and I was expecting my dog to be done in a couple of hours. They were really rude over the phone and told me to get to Glamour Paws as soon as possible. I could hear one of the ladies in the background saying that I'm ridiculous for making them wait. As I'm trying to rap up my errands, I received a nasty voice mail saying that they were going to charge me extra because they are not a day care. I assure you, I didn't intend to use it as a day care. I love my dog, I don't like it when I have to leave her strange places. So I got to Glamour Paws BEFORE they closed (which is 3:30). I asked the girl if they charged everyone that was late and she wouldn't answer. Their hours of operation are clearly stated on their door, I did not make them wait past 3:30. Sorry that you had to sit and wait during your business hours!!”
