  “I've been taking my dogs to Aunt Ernie's 4 about 4 months. The person who greets the customer and dog as you walk in the door could work on people skills instead braking out in a rude voice whats name good morning or good afternoon would be nice.
  They charged $105.00 today and said oh didn't we tell you about the price increase.
  I do not recommend this place and I will not be back. btw my dogs hair was not matted I bath them every week. you were just upset that your building cost went up you was talking loud enough on the phone when I walked in to let everybody know your concerns. even that the building was mice infested. I will not be back.

  “Ernie has been grooming my dogs since the 1980's and also my cat for 14 yrs.without having to sedate him. She is an expert in this field. She can tell you if ur animal may have a problem that u may be unaware of so they can get the help they need from a vet. My animals have always been clean properly & happy when I've picked them up.”

  “We have been taking our pomeranian here for years and they are always nice especially the red head! They always remember our dog by name and greet her happily when we come in. I would recommend this business because they do a great job!”

  “The Red Head is a nasty person who is rude and nasty to people. She creates problems with people for personal gradification.
  She does not work well with people or co-workers.”
