“We have been very satisfied with Amanda and she is so wonderful with our 3 schnauzers. I will never go anyplace else,they are clean and very helpful in assisting with any questions. Our dogs have only been to Amanda and would recommend the store to anyone! Plus the dogs love her, she's amasing.”

“I used to bring my dogs to the Pet Station to be groomed by Cythia, but she is no longer there. The owner can be really really rude, so without her there I have no intentions of going back. Thankfully Cynthia has opened her own grooming parlor just down the road, so that's who will be getting my business from now on! If any of you are looking for a new place to have your dogs groomed like I was, give Cynthia a try. She's cheaper and a whole lot better than this place! Her business is called Home Away From Home Boarding and Grooming and the number is 661-6939. No going back to the Pet Station for me!!”

“the owner is horrible and rude. he talks bad about black people. he accused 2 of them of stealing when they didnt. i took 2 of my dogs there and they messed both of them up and still charged me 200$ and when i got home they had cuts on them and were bleeding. i called and they blamed me. ill never go back”

“All the staff know me by name, and are very friendly. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I have a yorkshire terrier and a miniature longhaired dachshund and they always are very well taken care of. I would recommend this place to others, the service is great and affordable.”

“Groomers are not friendly, and don't listen to directions....clean up around the face does not mean to trim my maltese and shi tzu to an all over #4 blade!! YIKES!! I wasn't happy, and was told next time I should write down exactly what I wanted done, so that she could remember! Let me tell you, there is no next time! Besides, I'm still waiting for them to grow out!!”

“We took my dad's Yorkshire Terrier. The groomer didn't trim him very well and was not friendly at all. If you are going to work in a business that is animal oriented then you should enjoy being around animals. This young woman treated it as if she couldn't care less how the animals are treated. I will never use this place again and will warn friends and family to avoid them.”

“I have been using Pet Station for 2 years now, they do a good job and I have not had any problems. I have a powder puff Chinese Crested, really thick hair that we keep clipped pretty close. Amanda is our groomer and she always has a smile for us.
I have to question the remarks above a bit, how does she know that the injury to her dog was caused at Petstation?” -

“I would not recommend this place to anyone! This is the first time I used them and only cause this is the ONLY place in brenham to get my dog groomed at. Sad . Someone should open up other places so that we can have a choice.I took my little 6 1/2 lbs maltese named GiGi.I explained all her background to the people there. I came by to pick her up she was shaking so bad. That even the person that brought her our noticed cause she told GiGi it's ok. I thought she was just shaking cause she was scared of strangers. I took her home and her newly cut nails were scratching me up bad. I thought they at least would file them down. The next day I picked her up to play with her and she made a whimper. i looked under body to find a cut in her skin like a this slit on the inside of her leg. Now I understand accidents happen, but why was I not informed about this and why did nobody put something on it. I was not told anything at all. I am very upset. This is not the place I want to bring my poor GiGi again. I should have been told so that I could care for it. I should have recieved an apology.I have contacted the owner I am to come in tomorrow. I will see what they say. But no matter what no excuse for me not to been informed.It still can get infected and who knows what.Very irresponsible.”
