  “1st step dog provides the worst services I have ever experienced with my pet. After discussing my concerns with the OWNER she refused to refund the money and yelled at me. My dog was injured while there and employees lied and said my pet arrived that way which is a complete lie. While setting up the appointment we were also never told that the employee performing these grooms was an assistant groomer and inexperienced. The lady that groomed our pets told us while setting up the appointment she was an expert in our pets specific breed. Our pets came home scared hiding under the furniture, half way groomed, cut in areas, and injured. They claim that they treat every pet like it is their own but that was definitely not the case here. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. No one could pay me to take my dog back to this location.”
