  “USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - Setup an early appt 4 days in advance. Showed up and no one was there. Called and left message. Got a call back a couple hours later with the business telling me hey, I was doing you a favor. Doing me a favor? They confirm an appt and no one is there to take that appt and it's the customer's fault? They were very rude on something that was their fault.
  
  I wouldn't advise anyone doing business with anyone who conducts their affairs like this. Not telling how they act when they're with your pet and things are going well.”
