  “Not all shops with walls are bad! My grooming shop has a window, but I don't like people to watch because the dogs get really excited, making it hard to groom them and increasing the chance of cutting, since we work with sharp objects! I also have one dog that goes ballistic trying to attack people that he can see. He's big too, so if anyone is watching I have to put him in a kennel until they leave and he calms down.
  
  Now...smacking dogs around is another story. I'm so sorry about your experience!

  “Has been reported to the Missouri Humane Society for animal abuse. Hitting dogs with brushes and slamming dogs on tables. Abusive to cats too. Always use groomshops that don't hide behind a wall. Shops w/ windows who welcome customers to watch have nothing to hide.”
