  “I have been coming here a couple times a year for the past 5 or so years. Twice I have noticed that my dog seems scared and screetches when I go to pet her or pick her up. This last time she even ran away to hide under my shed and didn't come out for a very long time. I can only imagine what happened to her while in their care and I won't let this happen again. The last time I was in to pick up my dog the owner/groomer had his head down and barely said hello which I thought was pretty suspicious. Other than this, he is an ok groomer, never gets the tail right like the last owner and not very friendly.”
