  “I recently scheduled a grooming appointment and this was my first visit here. As I was there she started the process and just complained and had no interest in combing out the hair and keeping the dogs hair around one inch or more. She proceeded to tell me that she did not want to do the grooming. Well, that is what she gets paid for. She was very rude, combative and very unprofessional. It was a bad experience! I went to another groomers and they groomed by dog beautifully and there were no issues.”
