  “Not only is the owner of Ruff cuts very rude, his establishment is dirty. He does not sweep in between grooming dogs. His entire floor is covered in hair so your dog has no choice but to be exposed to all that fur containing god knows what. AND THE WORST PART... My sceond to last visit there ever I had to witness the following... He stacks the dog crates on top of one another- WITH DOGS IN THEM ... and the top crate, containing a small dog actually fell to the floor because the poor thing was shaking and barking so much. The owner as well as a gentleman who worked there simply laughed and picked the crate up. They didn't even bother to see if the dog was ok. I gave them one last chance today... My poor dog's nails had gotten too long and I was in desperate need to go somewhere close just to get it done. Things have hardly gotten better, I won't make that mistake again.”
