  “I had been taking my dogs to this groomer for about a year, on 4/5/08 they lost my 6 yr old Silky Terrier by leaving their front door wide open for ventilation and she got scared and ran away! We have searched every day (with very little assistance from Precious Pawz) for 6 weeks and have NOT found her yet. They are careless & neglegent and take no responsiblity for anything they do.”
