  “make sure you know what you are being charged for. I went in to have the hair around my puppies eyes cut, and a nail cut. 3 yes 3 times I said just the eyes. I picked him up and was charged $ 40.00 and the response to I just wanted the eyes done was we bathe, brush, cut, train----that's what we do.”
