  “We have been taking our two dogs to the Pampered Paw for almost three years now with very little complaints. However, the past three times we have taken our dogs there, one of them has come back cut!! The first two times it happened around the poor puppy nipple and the dog came home bleeding. This time our other puppy came home with a toe nail cut too short therefore causing it to bleed profusely for several hours. The most appalling part is that the owners did not even have the courtesy to tell us about their mistake.
  
  I loved their service prior to these incidents, but must say that I would never recommend them to a friend and would not take my puppies back again.”
