  “I thought because this placed looked very nice it was going to be a good place for my dog. I found their staff r unfriendly and very rigid. They were always booked and they could never see my pet in a short notice. If you miss an appointment they will charge you $40.00 or more even though you are paying hundreds of dollars to have your pet taking care of there. This was a very unpleasant experience.”
