“The most unprofessional operation in milford. Check the owners refillable cup (what exactly is in there). My dog was there way too long. Owner rough mouthed business person. New location...sign out front that said, pick up after your dog, it's not our job. What kind of professional language is that? Something more going on in that store than just grooming.... Had to select a star to post -- other wise I'd give no stars”

“I adopted a West Highland Terrier from a previous customer of K.K. I am so glad that I continued w/ them. My Chester is so relaxed & happy when he sees the ladies. Although I will say, Chester is a ladies man.God bless these ladies for all they do.”

“I moved to Pa not knowing a good groomer. I had 2 old Shih Tzus one with diabetes and an one older and blind. And after years of being so sweet turned into a biter. Lisa made special arrangements for us to bring her in when it was quiet and even though she tried to bite her, groomed her so she was comfortable in her old age. Other groomers in the area wanted to put her under something I was not going to do to a 14 year old dog. Even though both dogs are gone now, I will always remember how kind Lisa was to my Munchkin and Spike.”

“i have been going to k9k for about 2 years now, i adopted a beautiful pit bull a couple of years ago whom i knew had problems previously being abused and neglected, and when i called around no other local groomers wanted to take her on as a client. i called k9k after i found their number on line. the girl who works behind the desk was so accommodating to my issues and when i told her about my fear biting bully she said we will always give it our best, we will never say no, not unless we absolutely cant. i was so relieved to head this. i brought her in, and karyn and lisa (the owners) were so sweet and caring towards my little girl. they worked slow and carefully with her for a couple hours and afterwards she was SO clean and smelled SO good. i was hooked. every time i came back my dog got better and better and i know its bc they worked with her and made her comfortable. i give these women so much credit. they have helped not only me but my dog as well. fantastic groomers!”

“I have been going to these people for years..Lisa is great and greets and kisses my dog and always talks to her...greeting is important when you first meet a new dog..i have a chow so it is important to be cut right and i never have had a problem with them..”

“As a retired groomer and customer of KK i know that the ONLY reason for cutting a dog very short when not requested, is that the poor dog is so MATTED that the groomer has no choice but to shave out the painful, skin pulling matts. People need to BRUSH and COMB their long haired pets between grooms...then they have the luxury of requesting a longer groom from a professional. These gals are the best at what they do. I trust them implicitly!”

“We have two very furry dogs we rescued that have trust issues. They do not like being groomed. These ladies are so kind to them and have done wonders. When we rescued the 2nd dog he was so matted they took him in immediately even though they were closing.These ladies are wonderful.

“I took my gang to KK yesterday. It took her a couple of hours to work on both of them. When I picked them up, I noticed one of my dogs kept licking his paw and then I saw blood in the backseat of my car. After a closer look I found one of his nails was bleeding. I went back and informed the ladies. They blamed the concrete for the cause of his bleeding and took no responsibility. I was extremely disappointed. Seem like good ppl, but my dog is traumatized!”

“I have never met such gentle and caring individuals as the women whom work at Kanine Kleaners. I came from NY to PA 3 years ago with an older, previously injured shepherd, and Kanine Kleaners is the only ones I will trust to care for Candy. I know she is safe and secure when I drop her off, and will be even better when she is picked up. They spoil her. Thank you for taking such terrific care of Candy and for being trustworthy!!!”
