  “Joanie was rude and condescending towards us when we came in with two Yorkies. We also had a baby with us and when we tried to enter she told us to get out and then came out and snatched our dogs out of our arms then tried to justify herself and attitude towards us. She also did not warn us that it was cash only before we left so when we came back she gave us attitude for not having cash. She is extremely rude and stuck up, I have no idea how she can run a customer service business with the attitude that she has.”
