  “I went a few years back with my Himalayan cat who was elderly, apparently she didn't like me waiting and watching her groom my cat. I had done so because the cat was skittish and was more at ease with me being there. This woman who owns the place obviously didn't like me being there but hey, it's my cat and I tipped very well. The few times I went there she was quite nasty with me and said very little if I tried to create a conversation. About the 4th time i went there she cut off the whiskers on ones side of my cats face. Thinking it was perhaps a slip i still went back and she did it again. About this time I had said it is very important to a cat's well being that their whiskers remain in tact. She very rudely said that she didn't want my business anymore and don't come back. I must say i had been having my cat groomed for nearly 18 years and never had this problem with any groomer. The most compassionate and gentle groomer that seems to love both cats and dogs i find was Pet Spa Salon, 1122 W. Western Reserve Road.”
