  “Never take your pet here! She is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. We brought our dog to get groomed and because she was overwhelmed she left the rudest message saying we neglected to tak our dog out to use the restroom. She never remembered when we had an appointment and was totally unprofessional. NEVER take your dog here, we don't know what she did to him, but was so mean and would never put him through that again”

  “Today was the first time I've had my two persians groomed and they REALLY needed it! The Groom Room surpassed my expectations. One of my cats is a spitfire and gave them a hard time but they got the job done and both my kitties are mat free. The owner was so nice and understanding. I will definitely be bringing them back to The Groom Room.”
