  “First experience will be the last! We had a 12:30 appointment for our puppy and was told to be back at 3 pm to pick her up. Gave specific instructions to groom face, legs, but ox area and clip nails. Arrived back at 3 pm only to find out that they had just started the grooming process. Returned back at 4:20 and the owner came out to greet my wife and asked her to sign a Matting Agreement and stated that our puppy had sever matting all over. My wife did not sign the agreement (the owner was the person who checked our dog in and did not follow the instructions that were agreed upon). When they brought our puppy to my wife, she was completely shaved (except face). The owner lied to my wife and brought another dogs matted hair to show her (wasn't even the same color as our dogs). They also charge more than was quoted. The owner did not apologize but only made excuses. Very unprofessional. BAD BUSINESS and bad news travels fast!”
