  “I don't know any of you and I don't know anything about this groomer, but I would like to say to Linda France, that you don't know all the facts about Jack Murphy's experience with his dog at this groomer. You weren't there and you don't know what happened. Maybe he did have a bad experience, maybe his dog did not get washed and maybe the lady was rude to him and mistreated his dog. Who knows, but you weren't there. And just because you had a great experience there, doesn't mean that everyone else will. So, you shouldn't be making assumptions and accusations or being rude and name calling for something that you know little about. Grow up!”

  “I dont know you personally, Mr. Jack Murphy, but I do know the people who run that dog salon and you are extremely mistaken. She is very courteous and professional, and has the utmost consideration and respect (for both the dog and the owner), while its in her care. There is absolutely no way (if it needed bathed) that she just wouldn't bathe it. Hello! Its a dog salon! Its her job! Retard! Also, if she didnt cut its hair to your specifics, then maybe the cut you wanted wasnt the normally appropriate cut for that breed of dog, and she wanted it done by the book, also know as the right way. Can't really fault her there, eh? Or, if its hair was chopped up & uneven, maybe you just hadnt been properly taking care of it, and its hair was so nasty that it couldnt be cut any other way. Although, I'm possitive she hardly left it botched up as badly as you claim. As I said I know the people who run that shop. They have been caring for my Chihuahua for almost a year and have recently began grooming care for my 3 year old German Shepard. I have never had a problem with her. I think she does an excellent job, and I recommend her services to anyone who inquires to me about my dogs care. My advice to you? Get over yourself, and if she really that bad, just find another groomer. There are hundreds out there. Shouldn't be hard to find another one! Yes?”

  “I have taken my dogs to this lady twice. I will never take them back.
  She was supposed to bathe them..didn't do that..I gave her specific instructions for the haircuts..she DIDN'T do that..their hair was so chopped and uneven..
  She was extremely rude, and extremely mean to my dogs.”
