i am a customer and it is just FABULOUS. unbelievably SPOTLESS. UP to DATE equipment. in other words, the newest and it seems, most expensive stuff yo can get on the market. perfectly organized. everything you need is THERE. and stuff you didn't even know they make. and. they have four (4) groomers to make your little loved one GLORIOUS.
\nthis place is the BEST place in NW Columbus hands down. perfect. SPOTLESS. did i say unbelievably CLEAN. and just plain a FUN place to take your dogs to get CLEAN. CLEAN. CLEAN. oh, it's a DO-it-YOURSELF, or THEY DO it, WALK IN, kind of place.
\nit's just PERFECT. you HAVE to check this place OUT.
\nGO. SHOW UP anytime. don't need an appointment, but a full groom appt. is required. i hope i've painted a picture that you can 'see', that
\nmakes this place a destination that you HAVE TO SEE.

  “I have an old Rottie. This place is great! I can bathe him myself and they have EVERYTHING there to do it myself! Ear wash and cotton balls too! My boy loves it when I can give him a spa bath and a massage! After we are clean, dried and brushed, we get our nails clipped. This is the first place that I have ever been to that shave the hair on the bottom of their paws! I just love this place!”

  “I took my 2 dogs in after they encountered a skunk in the yard. These guys got the stink out, only charged me 40$ each, and washed the toxin out of the male dog's eye where he got hit. They also did full wash and brush out included for that price. I returned in the Spring to get the same dog's hair cut and the dog remembered it positively, so much so that he ran up to the door wagging and couldn't wait to see the groomers.
  They have me for life at Dog Wash factory.”

  “I have a beautiful collie mix I rescued four years ago. He sheds more than all my previous afghan hounds combined. He loves the dog wash factory. When we arrive he can't wait to enter. They do the most superb job of grooming and deshedding. The facility is clean and you can tell they enjoy what they do. They are always professional and caring They listen carefully what you would like done and always deliver.Their prices are very competitive and I'm never surprised with an unexpected fee. Best place I have ever taken any of my dogs. I highly recommend this business.”

  “My dog is old and very anxious. She does well here, and settles down quickly with their loving care. She has many hot spots and her skin is constantly itching her. They do everything they can to make her comfortable. We are very pleased with their service and care.”

  “We have taken our standard poodles there since they opened. Michael even noticed a medical issue with CJ. He is so caring! We just got a new puppy after losing our 2 dogs. They did a wonderful job with J.C. Michael and staff are terrific, and very professional. You also have the option of washing your dog yourself. The place is always clean. I would highly recommend this business to everyone.”

  “While they are a little more expensive than where I used to go, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!! My dog has never looked better and it seems he stays nicer longer. They have been very accommodating and took me immediately for an 'emergency' grooming when the dog got in deer ick. Laid back but professional.”
