  “Hi I'm the owner of the DGH stores, and would like to first begin with an apology to the unhappy customers who have posted on here about us not requiring vaccination records, and the large dogs being housed in the restroom. The word holistic pertains to being natural, chemical free, and aintgen free. Vacinnes are man made modified virus containing a strain of the virus stronger to defeat a virus if connected with. I as well as many others who do care about pets thinks it's unethical to vaccinate year after year and keep pumping these antibodies into these 4 legged pets. If your pets are heathly, and have a strong immune systems built up with quality proteins, botanicals, and vitamins, there should not be a concern.
  Most of our larger dogs if unwilling to go in one of our various sizes of crates, then yes we do put them in the restroom as a holding facility. We feel it's in a pets best interest to remain happy and in a safe environment while in our facilities.
  Lisa M. came in on our grand opening weekend when we relocated to a larger facility. We hade over 60 dogs on each day to receive a style. All pets were checked in and out with in our goal of 2.5 /3 hour time frame.

  Over Vaccinating

  “I have been shopping at the norton location since it has opened as well as getting my labs groomed. I feed holistic foods, and as well practice the homo pathic pet care. It's a proven fact the over vaccinating your pets is a main cause cancers and health related problems. There philosophy is highly accepted and accepted in the holistic approach. For the unhappy customers, why are you worried about vaccinations, if your pets are vaccinated, that's the purpose of the vaccination to protect your pet.. Correct or not?”

  “You guys posting on here are uneducated hypocrites who obviously don't under stand the meaning of holistic. They don't require short records due to the fact it's inhumane to over vaccinate your pet. Educate your self on holistic pet care. I will contact the owner and have him post his reasonings.”

  “They do not ask for shot records, they do not do a good job with the grooming, they are extremely rude, and they are dangerous for your animal. Please research before taking your animal here. It may be cheaper, but you run the risk of a serious problem.”

  “I walked out with my dog after they tried to put him in the bathroom because they didn't have an open cage. They obviously overbooked that day. Girl at the desk was rude and frustrated. They checked me in and never asked for any shot records. No thanks. This is not the place for my pet, or yours if you care that your pet is safe and treated well.”
