  “Although I never write negative reviews, I feel it is my responsibility as a dog/cat advocate to warn the public of this business. They do not treat pets with the care they deserve. They are overly aggressive (borderline abusive) and are a quantity over quality company. It appears their goal is to book as many dogs/cats as possible regardless of how long your pet has to wait in a crate. I wish this was a standalone incident. Unfortunately, there are several reports in our community stating similar experiences. If you had a good experience with this groomer, I'm very happy that was the case. If you are a first time customer they will try to make you feel reassured but they are not genuine. Please make sure you really know what happens between when you drop your pet off and when you return.”
