  “My experience was awful. I had been here one time before with my 7 month labradoodle and it was fine, a little more expensive than what they quoted, but fine. This time however, I dropped him off at 9 am in the morning and and ran a few errands up there since I live about 45 minutes away. Four and a half hours later (it took four hours last time), I come back and they tell me that he is not ready and it will be another hour and a half. 4 and a half hours and all they had done was give him a bath, stick him in a cage, and leave him there until I came to get him. I decided I was just going to take him with me because I was already frustrated with the amount of time it took and when the receptionist (the only nice one there) went to tell the groomer to get him for me, the groomer (I believe her name was Becka) came out and proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault because I didn't tell her I needed him done in two hours. However, I didn't need him done in two hours, 4 and half was fine for me, it is the usual wait there. Her attitude was awful and she didn't apologize, she just bitched at me and my mother in law until we left. I paid for the bath, which Becka wanted to charge me $25 for, but the nice receptionist charged me $15 and apolgized. I will never be back and I will never recommend Celebrity pets to any of my friends or family. I am deeply disappointed and cannot believe the service of this high priced establishment. Becka said that my dog had been playing with other dogs and he was doing so right now, but when she went to get him, she got him out of a cage. When I got him home, he peed like he hadn't been let out in hours and drank water like he hadn't drank in days. I am disgusted at how you treated my dog. I understand it is the holiday season and you are busier than normal, but that does not mean that you can treat my dog and my self like dirt. NEVER again.”

  “Not only are they very attentive to your pet but the facility is immaculate,up to modern standards and do the best job you'll ever get...at a reasonable price. There is no other place for my dogs; Oscar and Whisky. And the 2 cats Amelia and Blackie.”

  “celebrity pets did an excellent job cleaning up my tomboy shih tzu. i know it wasn't an easy job and i appreciate the effort that went into the grooming. our border collie has came home from other groomers traumatized.the celebrity pets staff did an excellent job making her look great and sending her HAPPY.”

  “to Es,
  the only reason to take a dogs coat down super short, other than owners request, is b/c of matting. if you would brush and comb your dog, and get them on a regular grooming schedule, the hair could be left long. mats, if left alone can get so tight that the hair can pull away from the skin which is very ainful.”
