  “Although I was happy with the look of the cut, he came home with blood spotted razor burns on the pads of his paws, and would not let me touch them it was so sensitive for him. I actually applied Neosporin it was so bad. He also had really itchy ears and just seemed all around uncomfortable. When you walk in, you can't even see where they are working on your dog...didn't think customer service was good.”
