  “My dogs have been going to Jacqueline's for years. She is the best groomer in all of Western New York. You can't put a price on quality and good service. I know my dogs are well taken care of there.”

  “Just filthy! My dog came home twice from here with a bad cough that lasted for weeks. Not safe , dogs running all over the place. They do a great groom but need a better environment before I come back.”
