  “I have been to 4 groomers over the past 20 years and this one is without a doubt the worst ever. Experience is lacking and carelessness rampid. I gave them every benefit starting with cutting my dogs ears down after asking them not to, plucking the inside twice, both times reminding them not to, causing sores in their ears with the straw that broke the camels back being cutting my two dogs opposite of what I asked. One dog had a photo session scheduled that day and they saved it down when it was only to be a trim. The dog that was suppose to be shave down got only a trim. Then, if that wasn't bad enough they would shave down the correct dog but charge me for it. I have to wait months to do the photo session now and they didn't even apologize. When I asked them to shave the correct dog down they said it would take 3 hours - no bath no nothing. Just a shave the next day. Three hours? My new groomer does a very good job with a full groom on my two dogs in 3 hours. If u don't care about serious mistakes and vet bills from mistakes than this is your place. In addition, every other groomer I have ever used would alert me of any issues they would see. One of my dogs had a serious anal gland infection with the rectum swollen, something that would be easily noticed by a groomer. It got serious when I found it. The bet said the groomer should have seen this when I mentioned it to the groomer they said I saw that. When I asked why they didn't tell me they didn't have an answer. Worst groomer I have ever used. I am not a harsh critic so for
  Me to say this means something!!!”

  “I am very pleased with Highlander Pet Grooming, and pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were extremely knowledgeable and seemed to interact very well with all the dogs too. I highly recommend this groom shop and I will be going back!”
