  “I have two shih-tzu I bring to Heavenly Yorkies to be groomed regularly. Everyone on staff is just wonderful. The quality of groom is way above average. They give them the cutest teddy-bear faces and their coats shine and smell sooo good. I can't recommend this Salon more highly.”

  “Heavenly Pet Boutique & Grooming In North Webster Indiana? Weve used her for over a year but she cut the hell out of my Males Legs
  Dog had to stay at Vet over night be put to sleep for repair of main artery/vein in his leg and a cut tendon.Im furious!The Vet hopsital said this isn't the first case they've seen done by her negligence. Surgery over a Grooming after having dog 6 hours today is ridiculous!No Reason to rush like that. The Vet Said she stuck powder in his leg to stop bleeding and when we got him home he had paper towel and scotch tapes on his leg WTF!Gail Rodriguez @ facebook is her name.Animal Hospital of Syracuse been my Avian and Dog Vet for a long time. shes good. i just feel bad seeing the lil guy tore up like that.And i wasn't even called to take him to get care! Was just told he got nicked which if that was the case would have been acceptable but 3 huge gouges in this lil guys legs is something else!Like it was no big deal?Groomer feels bad shes paying bill, refunding all grooming fees on both dogs and sending him some treats. :) Ended up with repaired artery, 6 stitches in left leg and 3 in right leg.Vet said its def not the first time shes seen animals that have had the same thing done to them by her. and she reimbursed me for the bill the next day!And i hope when we got done she knows he wont be back. our vet has a groomer we used to use but they switch all the time and we didnt like that so back there again we go(to the vet that is)”
