  “If you look into this place, you'll find that people have said great things about it. These groomers were referred to us by family members. We've been there twice and maybe each time has been on a bad day or something. Contrary to other reviews, the people were not friendly, it took a long time (5 hours one time), and they complained about cutting our dog. For the money, you can groom a dog and not complain about it...that's YOUR JOB. I'm sure other people have energetic dogs that are hard to cut as well. Next time we'll go to a place where our dog is LESS of an inconvenience for the people who WORK THERE!!!”
