  “December... Asked for grooming. Staff stated did not need a summer cut... stated would take off a couple of inches..
  When we picked up our dog.. he was shaved.. Nice winter cut... :((((”

  “Do NOT take your pets there if you love them at all! I took my Yorkie to get groomed and they scalped her when I asked for a medium length cut. She also had a cut on the inside of the fold of her leg that I had to clean when I got her home. When I asked for a refund, they refused. Terrible customer service and terrible grooming!
  On top of that they don't require pet vaccination records which is very sketchy!!!”

  “I Have boarded my dog here and I know that they truly care about the animals and their safty. The kennals are extra clean and the dogs are not stuck in the kennal they get to go outside and play. I would definetely recommend them to board your dog there.”

  “Unprofessional. Should be responsible for injuries that require medical attention. My pet has never been the same. It has been a real chore to get my pet groomed since. Many other excellent places in town besides this place who tend to be extremely moody. No excuses for that. Who cares if their prices are cheaper. Not worth the trauma your pet has to endure before during and after being in this facility.”
