  “Mark, Lee and Andrea....I just wanted to let you know how wonderful you are! Your compassion, patience and understanding in dealing with older pets is phenominal. The last 8 years of Toby's life was greatly improved with the regular grooming you provided. Andrea...you were fabulous with him. Although he never welcomed a bath and a haircut he did trust you completely. That in itself is remarkable and shows what a wonderful talent you have with animals. Continue to take pride in what you do for it does make a difference in our furry loved ones lives. Thank you all for your love and dedication.”
