  “I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TROPICAL TAILS. I HAD A EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I JUST MOVED HERE AND I LOVED THAT ITS CAGE FREE AND 1 HR SERVICE. THE OWNER GOT ON THE FLOOR WITH MY LHASA AND MADE HIM FEEL VERY CONFORTABLE. SHE KNEW JUST HOW I WANTED HIM. I CAME BACK 1 HR LATER AND HE WAS WAGGING HIS TAIL AND SMELLED SO CLEAN. THE GROOM WAS PERFECT. I AM VERY PLEASED. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

  “The owner of this place is horrible! I brought my dogs in to be groomed at 12:30 am and had to go take a 2 hour test. When I came back to the shop, she had written a note on the door which said that she tried calling me 5 times and left to go home. And in addition, it said she was charging me a $50 boarding fee for her inconvenience, cash only. When I called the number, she screamed at me and threatened to call animal control for abandoning my animals. Do not go to this place! The owner has zero customer service!”
