  “DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They mistreated my dog so badly that her eye came out of her socket. She had to be taken to the animal clinic for emergency surgery. Now she has a 30-70% chance that she might be blind. They also tried to hide what they did by cutting bangs so it wouldn't be noticeable. They later said it mush have been the shampoo. Vets say it was due to head injury or pulling skin too back from the face. If you love your dog, you will keep them away from this place!!!”

  “After 4 years of jumping from pet salon to pet salon I have finally found the salon to stay with until Tiki moves away (which I pray the don’t)
  
  I have a min-poodle who gets matted up really bad due that I have a min-pinscher who she plays with all day. I know Tiki was the salon to stick with because my min-poodle comes home from the salon all perky and playful. The reason I point out this is because she would always come home in a down mood from every other pet salon. I've been told many pet salons don't treat the dogs very well thus her bad mood, but now that I take her to Tiki the difference is tremendously obvious.
  
  I HIGHLY recommend Tiki to all pet owners who spoil their dogs and want to make sure they receive the best service. Tiki has offered that. Their staff is always providing excellent customer service, their quality in pet grooming is above average, and I have yet to have any complaints.”
