  “This groomer with his so called certifications should know to never take a pair of scissors to a mat and NEVER cut out mats on a dogs ears. He lopped off a cocker's ear.”

  “This man should not be handling animals professionally. He is nice to them when they are just pets, but has a short temper when they do not behave exactly as he would like. Don't take your pets here.”
