  “The groomer Angie butchered my little dogs eyes. They were cut and bleeding. She had other areas under her chin and leg that were also cut. She refused to let me speak to the Manager or Owner and tried to say my outlet dog had eye infections!!! Absolutely a bald face lie!!! She told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me. I called back of course she answered and said she wrote it on the card. I asked her why no one stated that when I picked her up she lied again and said she told me! She once again told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me. I was totally shocked at all of this since she never brought my little one out to me. The Receptionist brought her out after my little dog yelped when she went to get her which she proceeded to say What's the freakin wrong with you? If I were the owner or Manager these employees would no longer be working for me. They would not answer the phone. I blame the entire staff for being totally unprofessional and refusing to take my information so the owner or manager could contact me. I would never subject our little one to this inhumane treatment and our vet is involved and pictures taken.”
