  “Petsmart grooming salon in Sunrise, fl..lacks professionalism and the education in treating and grooming a handicapped dog. They cannot groom a maltese to save their life, no less a handicapped maltese that took 4 hours to wash, dry and groom. Dogs that came in after her, came and went... It's questionable whether they even bathed her at all. I bathed her myself after she got home. Manager asked me if the dog had told me that she hadn't been bathed and sat for hours until she was done. Arrogant attitude--Headquarters did nothing but call the store manager who called me to apologize. In a nutshell, nothing was done. Its not how your dog is treated where you can see them through the glass...its how they are treated in the back where you cannot go or see whats happening back there. Petsmart, Please do not email me. I don't need to be involved with this company any longer.”
