  “Im very desapointed with the service as well the consumer service store number 349 Coral Springs FL . When you take your dog to a company as big as the PetSmart you expect a better management with knowledge about the service. Well I took my dog back after 6 days to complain that the next day after the bath she had and still has dandruff all over her coat. I wait for 6 days to take her back and my dog looks worse than ever and I explained to the store manager Arturo, his name. And I told that the right thing to do was to offer me to bath my dog again for free. He told me that he couldn't do it, gave me tons of excuses and he offer me to next time that I bring my dog to get the regular bath they would upgrade to a medicated shampoo. Even after I explained to him that my dog didn't have any dandruff prior to that he tried to convinced me that is normal. PetSmart just lost a regular client. $52 paid on the trash.”
