  “I have taken my Pom to be groomed there twice before without incident, but this last time I have a horro in my hands. My poor little dog had clipping red marks in several places on the belly & under arms,but it wasn't iuntil 2 days later that he started acting strange. He would jump and try to lick his back side. Them I realized he had scrapes all over is little black nuts... this was over the weekend & the shop was closed until Tuesday & my vet until Monday. He was miserable & kept licking himself & jumping as if he had stabing pains there, everything was swollen & his skin peeled of leaving it raw & pink instead of black... so I also suspect he might have been sacalded... When I took him to the Vet he though he had been clipped severely. Horrible experience. Someone at the Vet told us that not long ago, Pet Splash broke some little dog's leg, never compensated the owner for the Vet's bills or anything because they work without insurance... I'll never take my dog there again!! You've been warned...”
