“Piss poor service, and the owner is unwilling to compromise on payment.
Spoke kindly to the owner about service rendered (grooming) and owner agreed results were very bad, yet unwilling to adjust fees
I have had pets my entire adult life and have never encountered such poor service or management that does not place the customer first.
Look elsewhere for your pet care.” -

“Spent 2 months in Jupiter with my 2 Yorkies who are groomed once a month. Pet Silhouette did a fabulous job. They asked how I wanted them cut and did not disappoint. Staff super nice as well. Just a wonderful experience.”
