  “After moving to Ft Myers my 7yr old Maine Coon mix had horrible tangles & mats in her fur. I could not brush them out and tried in vain to find a cat groomer here in Ft. Myers, to no avail. My friend & I made a last min appt with Humberto and drove to Naples. Humberto was so dear. He managed to comb out all her tangles and was so gentle with Lucy. She had been growling and hissing for weeks but today she is so happy & calm. The tangles hurt her but now thank to this wonderful groomer my sweet girl is back! Highly recommend this groomer. Will drive the 40 mins any time to have my 3 pets groomed. I am sold on Paradise Pet Salon!!”

  “Fraud are you serious? I have taken my Shih Tzu's 8 & 6 year olds to Huberto their entire life. Huberto and his wife are the greatest most caring and loving pet salon owners I have ever met. I have had several pets in my lifetime with just as many groomers, so I know what I am talking about. I have referred neighbors, family and work associates to Humberto and they all have high regards of him. I have a third Shih Tzu she is a one yr old. I purchased this beautiful puppy from Humberto's wife Yoselin. Humberto & Yoselin love not just their animals, but mine as well! Justice I believe you are possibly a disgruntled ex-employee.... Fraud/No-Justice you will not win this one.....”

  “I could not believe the difference in the girls after just one visti! They looked absolutely amazing. Not only did they look amazing on the first visit but they still looked great when they were dropped back off for another grooming! I am sorry to see that some one feels that they need to act like a child and go online to try to belittle someone and lie! And then not have the guts to post their name. Coward! Oh and by the way spell check is another way to ensure you dont sound like an idiot when typing online!

  “In response to Fraud... yea ok!!!... Reality check there buddy!!!... You obviously have no clue what you are speaking about, thus your lack of correct grammar. Any how, both of the dogs in our office, a Maltese and a Havanese, are taken to Humberto every 2 weeks to be groomed. They do an outstanding job at Paradise Pet Salon! Their work is consistent and they never fail to amaze us with their work! Humberto, Keep up the great work!!!!”

  “What a difference to where I went in the past. Nice people, they care about the dogs as if they are their own, and the hair cut is better than what I have ever seen on both my dogs. I am so happy and so are my girls, 5 stars out of 3!”

  “Who ever write this review has only one intention on mind, ruin the good reputation of paradise pet salon and his family owned business. Is obviously that this message was not write by a customer because when you look into the source of this horrible post the name is hidden and the source is unknown.Is possibily that one of my local competitors would maliciously write this message. Humberto has is whole life dedicate to care of the animals, our dogs are spoiled and pampered old the time and everybody who goes to the store can tell that, oh my vet bills talk by their own too. Also the store is a open door facility where any person, any day can go by and see the place with out restriction ( I can give you a tour from the front desk until the employee restroom ). We have a huge open window where everybody can see even from the street how Humberto perform his grooming work. For who write this message your insignificant goal to destroy our business is not achieve because thanks to our hard work and loving care to the animals the store is doing better and better each day. Please do not hidde your email, we would like to know who you are because I am 100% sure this post came from another groomer who is mad with us because we do better than you. Remember Humberto has more than 25 years of experience doing grooming, showing dogs in the most famous dog shows and a lot of certificates from the most reliable dog hair stilyst competitions around U.S
  P.S this low quality review is not enough for shut me down.

  “This Pet Salon is own for one of the most unsensitive and cruel person in the whole word. Humberto Bravo is a man that abuse of animals, hit them and mistreat them when they are at his salon. He use to have a lot of dogs at his house and he did never care about the needs of his animals, all he cares was about the money he can made of them.”
