  “I've very picky and have been several places in Charlotte County to have our chihuahua/terrier groomed. Lisa ALWAYS does a wonderful job and I have taken our dogs there for years. I've never had an issue. All you have to do is tell Lisa exactly what you want, and you'll get it.”

  “I have taken my huge collie twice to Heads & Tails for grooming. They did a very good job both times. My dog was happy when I picked him up. Also, he is old. If he is made to stand for too long a period, it causes him trouble for days. This did not happen at Heads & Tails. Not only did they do a good job, but, apparently they were very kind to him too.”

  “took my maltese to be groomed the grooming was terrible he was totally shaved even eye lashes. I think it was punishment because the dog went to the bathroom on the floor. Then they wanted to know if he had bladder problem it is a week now, and he is still not himself.”
