  “Beloved family pet injured and no medical treatment sought. Gouged eye and did not reveal, said it was a scratch, too late to save the eye when prompt medical attention may have helped.
  
  Did not show any remorse except sorry you signed a release, very cold and not what you would expect from a pet lover.
  
  Think twice about this place and when you drive up I bet you will pull right back out of the driveway - remember the trauma my pet and family has gone through. Go to someone who has a vet on staff or is willing to seek medical treatment. Horrible experience - paid for their boarding and groomimg fee PLUS over $3000 for medical treatment.”
