Hello... My Name is Tina Castle. Our staff is like family. We have been working with all kinds of pets most of our careers. This includes, but not limited to: veterinary technician assistant, caring of horses, pet nutrition, pet handling, pet training, pet boarding management, pet grooming management, pet grooming ownership, all areas of pet grooming, working with exotic pets, pet store management, website design, website maintenance, bust most importantly... We are still learning.

First and foremost, you need to know this: We do not do this just to make a living: we do this cause we love animals and have all of our lives. We have the knowledge and experience you should want in a pet groomer. Furthermore, we operate with the highest ethical standards.

As a pet care specialist, we promise;

To keep concern for the welfare, health and safety of your pet, always as our most highest priority.
To treat your pet with vigilance, kindness, patience and respect.
To educate the pet owner on proper grooming care or inform the pet owner of anything that a veterinarian should address in regards to your pet.

Even though we take our business very serious, our services are provided in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. We do our best to get your pet back to you within 3 hours or sooner!

Problems can arise, during and after grooming . However, all precautions have been made. Occasionally, grooming can expose hidden medical conditions or aggravate current ones. Especially if pet is not used to being grooming (every day brushing or every month bathing), is tangled, is a puppy, or is a senior pet. It can be more at risk for stress, trauma or injury. Please communicate your groomer, it is very important for all parties!
