    Terrible grooming

    “Terrible experience, my dog was not groomed as I specified and I had to get my dog re-groomed by another groomer the next day for sanitary/health reasons. The owner did not communicate to his groomer, so they groomed him as they pleased. The receptionist told me their hours, and when I arrived 25 minutes before closing, they were closed; she had told me the wrong hours. Horrible overall experience!”
